How to Use This Online Questionnaire

NAVIGATION

To navigate from one section to another, use the 'Previous' and 'Next' Buttons located at the top and bottom of each page. No additional action is required to save the data you entered, this happens automatically when you change sections.

Use the 'Cancel' button to suspend the survey. This button is located at the right top and bottom of each section. This saves all data you have entered so far and suspends the survey.

When you come back at a later time using your previously created login, all data will be reloaded, so you can continue where you left off.


JAVASCRIPT

This survey can be used without JavaScript enabled. However, some actions might not work as expected:

• You will not be able to close windows by clicking on a hyperlink.
• In some sections, JavaScript helps you by answering some questions based on your previous answers.
